He Sees . He Cares . He Acts

He sees you

He understands the struggles within your mind

He watches over every dream

Every failure, every sigh, that no one else notices

In those moments when you feel forgotten

Amidst the rush of life

When no one recognizes the loneliness

Gnawing at your soul

Remember this

The one who created you

Is the same one who has never taken his eyes off of you

It is not some wandering soul that watches you

It is not faded memories silently observing you

It is the Creator himself

Who tenderly listens to every beat of your heart

God does not merely see your outward appearance

He sees what others cannot

The wounds you see behind a smile

The dreams you bury out of fear of rejection

The whispered prayers you dare to utter

Only in the quiet of the night

And, He does not only see

He cares

He acts

His eyes are not the eyes of judgment

But the eyes of a merciful father

He numbered every hair on your head

He keeps track of every tear you shed

Psalm 56:8 You have kept count of my tossings;
put my tears in your bottle.
Are they not in your book

Not a single moment of your life passes

Beyond the reach of His loving gaze

When the world turns away

When others no longer walk beside you

When even your dearest loved ones cannot understand the battles raging within you

There is still one who is holding your hand

Whether you feel it or not

Not a departed soul

Not a shadow from your memories

But the Living God

The One who has never

Not for a single breath

Forgotten

He does not merely watch from afar

He walks with you through the deepest valleys

He journeys with you through days that seem unbearable

He is not just observing

He is weaving your story

From the tears to the tiny victories

That only you and He know

You are not abandoned

You are not forgotten

You are loved

With a love that passes human understanding

And, this love does not fade with time

It still burns strong, enduring

Faithful

Just like Him

This excerpt is from a Billy Graham sermon titled "Do the dead watch the living?" I have been doing an intense study (for me) on Heaven, the truths found in the scripture. This Billy Graham talk popped up on YouTube. I love this series of hope and encouragement for those who grieve, suffer, are trauma ladden, or in the valley of circumstances.

What this speaks to me is the instruction of keeping our soul focused on the One who is our hope and our salvation.

Wonderful words!
