I am my mother. There are things about my mom that I will never be, but I have the best of her.

I am my father. There are things about my dad that I will never be, but I have the best of him.

I am certainly blessed that God delivered me to the very best parents for how he created me. When I think about all of the things my parents did that allowed me to thrive, I know fully that the great I Am has been with me since the beginning.

In Exodus 3:14 we read, 'God said to Moses, “I am who I am. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I Am has sent me to you.’”

This is how I feel when God says, I am who I am; I trust this. I am my Creator. The Triune has been with me longer than my parents and will be with me throughout eternity. He walks with me, talks with me, tells me I am his, and allows me to see his miracles as he works in lives.

Yes, I'm blessed and I attribute it all to listening to God's still voice. Jesus is my Savior and the Holy Spirit lives within me as my guide.
