Plainview High School, Coronado Junior High, and Houston School are names we have called this PISD campus through the years.

As I looked through the 1944 PHS yearbook, I saw many familiar faces and names that my parents knew. For example, I found family, Elsie Fay Dayton, starred below, my father's sister. I had never seen this photo of her.

And Mack Meador (starred), husband of my paternal first cousin, Patricia Cowart, who is the daughter of my father's sister, Irene Novella Dayton Cowart. Mack's son, Coy, my first cousin 1X removed, and I am connected on Facebook. It has been a blessing to get to know him better!
