Blessed to Bless

"When you think that someone's life is perfect, you don't know them well." Give Grace. Be kind. Give more than we take. I was raised with a strong life reference of service to others above self creates a happy heart, to treat others like I want to be treated, and in our blessings, giving is blessings multiplied.

Philippians 2:4-7, Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests but also to the interests of others. Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.

When we let the Holy Spirit lead our lives, we tend to have happy hearts. My favorite quote is,  "Anything I can do, you can do better. You can do anything better than me." Living in service to others heals the weary spirit. Leadership power comes from inclusion; after all, Jesus includes us. Each of us has a gift!

Matthew 7:12, “Here is a simple, rule-of-thumb guide for behavior: Ask yourself what you want people to do for you, then grab the initiative and do it for them. Add up God’s Law and Prophets and this is what you get.

When we wake up each day with the desire to smooth the road for others, make their lives easier, lift a helping hand, no matter how big or small, we will be blessed. Looking at our days and how we spend them, the choices we make, what percentage blesses others? When we truly care for one another, we will be the hands & feet of Jesus, and I assure you he knows! Care for others, some will care for you and others won't; learn how it feels to live on each side of that fence. Which side will we stand on?

Hebrews 13:16, And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.

God blesses those who submit to give.
