The Communion meal embraces us in God's grace. We become involved in the Salvation story through the remembrance of the sacrificed body and blood of Jesus Christ. His Word feeds us, and the drink of Living Water refreshes our soul. God provides food to nourish us physically, and he sent Jesus to us because of his great love for us. Being included at the Lord's Supper or Lord's Table is very special. I reflect with awe and humbleness on the depth, width, and length of the Great I Am's power and love. I chose him to guide my being, and I have Hope and so much more that he gives and shows me as we walk and talk together.
