I have seasons that I go through. They are not aligned with the seasons God gave that we enjoy; Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. My seasons consider the stages of planting to bloom. I may enjoy this daily or it may take several months. The most beautiful time is right before the bloom. I go through a withdrawn, dark, alone time where God brings me to the fresh soil of his Word. He brings sunshine (encouragers) and rain (tears) as he prepares me for His next move for my life. It is often exhausting but right before the bloom miracle, the strength comes to open up and do what I need to do.

Isaiah 40:8 “The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.”

Psalm 104:27 “All creatures look to You to give them their food in due season.”

I was created with partial-compatible wiring; aka Asperger's. I am different. Yet, I am similar. I understand my super-power and where it comes from. I rely fully on my Creator and my Savior. I am humbled to be different with a massive reliance on the Holy Spirit's power to guide me as God weaves my story.

This art piece speaks to how I feel. The world is happening, and I'm over yonder doing my thing. I often ask God why I don't have a grand ministry, and he, without fail, says you have a willing heart. Every day he blesses me with encouragement.

I can do all things through Christ, who gives me strength. This scripture has played out over and over again in my life. It is the power to my purpose.

He refreshes my soul to survive.

When I consider your heavens,
    the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them.

Psalm 8:3-4

Knowing my place is humbling. Realizing God's love is life-giving. Hope for tomorrow is secure. My best friend is Jesus; praise Him.

Yes Indeed

Yes indeed!

2 Corinthians 1:20, "For no matter how many promises God has made, they are 'Yes' in Christ. ... That is why it is through him that we utter our Amen to God for his glory."

Do not make empty promises. Say, yes indeed! Jesus fulfills his promises and we should fulfill His calling and ministry from our lives.

It is the people that I meet that make God's ministry through me so very rewarding. This picture is from the chalk-art contest we held in downtown Plainview for the Artwalk. It was such a fun day. We should do this again!!!

I am very blessed to know all of you that God has woven into my life-tapestry.
