It's Not

Any guesses? It's not thread from a bobbin.

I tell the story of when I took our car to be detailed, and the young man asked what kind of dog we had. Mmmm, I'm sorry we don't have a dog. He was really embarrassed, but I can see why he asked with all the hair on the mat. I shed. I would be the dog that people would not pick because of the shedding.

I'm always amazed at how light my hair is getting compared to the bright copper it once was. I suppose that's what age does. My hair is much thicker and more coarse than normal, and this gives it a thick appearance. It does shed, though, thus this bunch of washed hair that was in the dryer.
