Why do the dead fish float to the top? There has to be a lesson here, right?
This ball was given to me this morning at church (FB.PLV). It belongs to a child, but we don't know who. So, I am the keeper of the ball.
Let's look at what keeps fish afloat. It isn't a conscious effort on the part of the fish, but rather a chemical response to the pressure surrounding the fish. God created the fish to float and provided the way. Just like he does for us.
I asked Travis Thornton what lesson this teaches us...why do the dead float to the top. He said, "Because we are dead in Christ, we will rise to new life." I love this, so simple, so true. God created us to be filled with His oxygen...hope floats.
And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
As believers, followers of Jesus Christ, we must be present in the relationship.
