A friend reminded me today that how others treat us is how we allow them to treat us.  What a great reminder.

This is my mother's father.  He is wearing his artificial legs here.  You can see he is carrying the tins with his good fingers.  He taught me that regardless of our inabilities we can do whatever we want.  We allow ourselves to find success if we want to!  I later learned that it took God's strength, too.  I learned so much from him :O)

I have posted this picture before.  Allow me to once again.  I love it because it shows my mother's mother and my mother's 4 grandchildren; Carey, Chelsie, Aaron, and Chrissa. Circa 1981...Priceless!!!
