Does anyone remember the name of the hobby store that use to be on like Oakland and 7th or 8th? I have asked all that I know that might know and they can't remember. I remember walking there from my Cranny & Bo's house to buy things to keep us busy. Paint by number kits were an often purchase. I remember Janis & I sitting in the old black trailer that sat behind the house painting the horses or landscapes for hours. I bet Debby painted with me, too. There is not much that we did not do together!!! Any of you old Plainview people remember anything about this store??? Speaking of paint by number, you can still buy these today. Let's have a paint by number party & then auction them off for charity! You think anyone would buy them? On the "painting" note...I have a new piece of "redhead" art. I just love her. Here she is... now the reason I love her... She has a black eye and an eye with a key hole which for me shows good & evil. Satan is obvious like a black eye and that is what people focus on, the bad in the lives of others. The key hole reminds me that if we will just take the time to enter into the lives that God places in our paths...we might meet someone with endless possibilities!!! Do you have someone's key???
