Rain + Dirt = Mud
Rain + Dirt = Mud! We have had some nice, albeit small, rains this past week. The dirt roads and the rain often seem to work themselves together on our dirt roads. It's always a good sign!

Wyatt Gallery
The Wyatt Gallery has begun the revitalization of its historic Downtown Plainview building. They are located at 7th & Broadway Street. The blue is disappearing, and the fresh new look is beautiful. Look for continued "pop-ups" until the building is worthy to house the Wyatt family (and others') art. Downtown is excited about this new business!!!

Look For It!
It's coming, a new business, A Little Bit of Everything (thrift store), will open up in the former Fonty's Rental Center building located at 2204 West 5th Street. They have painted, and new signage will be installed soon. Look for it!

SO EXCITED!
I'm so excited. WE ARE finally getting a Downtown Plainview SOUND SYSTEM!!! Melinda Brown, Downtown Plainview Main Street manager, applied for a 50k grant from T-Mobile and was awarded the monies a while back and they are here working on it!
