We have watched the Flying Queens and Pioneers basketball teams for many years, over forty, I think. The new Flying Queens Museum will have its grand opening and Chamber Ribbon Cutting on Saturday, February 18th, at 10:30 AM, unveiling a history of the Flying Queens and a replica of the plane that Claude Hutcherson used to fly the teams to games in through the many history-making years. The event will be at the Mabee Regional Heritage Center on the Wayland Baptist University Campus, 1900 West 7th Street, Plainview, Texas.
The base to hold the plane are ready and waiting...
