Night @ the NuGriddle

I was driving to Downtown Plainview one night this week to get a lighting photo of the mural for the lighting company and noticed this star jewel landmark located at Highway 70 and Business 87. She is not lit up, but the memories made at this local dining establishment are many. The NuGriddle remains open, and memories continue to be made every day. So do tell your NuGriddle memories...
