If we want to attract new business to Plainview, then we must have attractive facades that look like someone cares. Broken and dirty windows, faded and peeling paint, missing trim, warped or missing overhang/canopy, decayed or missing signage, empty planters, weeds, etc., all enter into the attract ability of our community!
