If you know me at all, then you know that I love Jesus. I understand my blessings, and I hold tight to the truth of my salvation. After this is my family, and yes, some dear friends are included in this group. I love my church, First Baptist Plainview. My ministry is found in the community where God has planted me, and I enjoy helping our city, Plainview, Texas, bloom beauty.

Exploring Plainview, its history, the connectivity of then and now, the people past and present, encouraging others to love the "helmer of friendly" as I do, brings me great joy.

They knew this in 1908, just like we know it today!
