This morning, a great group of community volunteers came together to go "blitz" local businesses with our Shop Local (Plainview) campaign. Business owners were given bags with a window decal, information on the importance of social media, #plainviewtx, and local advertising tips.
The next few weeks will find contests where the community will come to learn about what we can purchase and where it can be found. Local gift certificates will be given to the winners.

As I was out blitzing, I saw our local fire department. Oh yes, a must stop to capture the moment. Children love firetrucks!
