And...Hale County Concrete becomes High Plains Concrete in 1969. Clinton came across this draft of the contract his father, TC Wall was involved in that brought TC, Peggy, Bert, Donna, and Kathy to Plainview, Texas.

There were two locations purchased, one on east 11th Street by the train tracks and one on Trinity Street. What I loved finding while reading is that one of the locations was located on land that was originally owned by Carrie Bonner, my maternal, great-great aunt.
The sellers...and, George Smith, signed the contract.
In the early 70s, TC & Peggy Wall, became the sole owners of High Plains Concrete. They are still involved and the family business continues under the ownership of Clinton Wall and Bert Wall.
