A few years ago I was given a metal sign that says Philippians 4:13. It is on a bench and I love it because I am reminded of the scripture that has been my God-crutch through so many valleys...
Today I repainted it on a piece of "butcher" paper. I love the results that left.
We have a statue in our side garden that came from my childhood home. I have shared it on my blog before. It was cracked down the middle. I had it zip tied together. A worker lifted it by its head and it crumbled. A piece of my heart crumbled with the news. It is just a reminder that we can't take things with us. It is just a broken statue that I salvaged from our yard at 313 Irene. Now, I'll be looking for a piece that has no sentimental value without a cracked head. LOL
A picture of the grand-sisters their grandmother took in the DFW area playing with their cousin. Cuties!
